The room was spacious, but parking was a headache due to limited spaces.

Ideal for family getaways
The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond, even getting us ice for drinks late at night. made the whole atmosphere feel cozy and unique.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

Consider asking for a room at the back of the hotel for a quieter stay, as the front can be very noisy.

Central location within Neath, unique bar area for relaxation, spacious and well-appointed rooms
They need to improve parking situation!!! Double glazing should be a standard for combating outside noise!!! Maintenance issues in common areas should be addressed for better aesthetics!!! Sound insulation needs significant improvement during the night!!!

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the stunning Neath Valleys with its scenic walks and enjoyed the vibrant nightlife in town. The location was great for visiting nearby attractions, such as the local shops and leisure activities, perfect for all ages. Just keep in mind the parking is limited and fills up quickly.
One downside was that we had issues with the room key cards not working, which was a hassle since we had to keep finding staff to let us back in.

I recently stayed at The Bluebell and found the room cozy and well-furnished. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's rest. The decor added a warm touch, making the space feel inviting. checking in was less enjoyable due to limited parking options. I struggled to find a spot and had to park on the street. The breakfast experience fell flat. It lacked variety and customization, mostly featuring only toast and limited cereal options. Staff were polite but managed a busy breakfast area alone, leading to delays. the environment felt a bit worn down and didn't match the expectations set by the photos. A bit more upkeep on the exterior would go a long way. I'd appreciate clearer communication regarding breakfast options and parking availability. Despite some hiccups, the staff's friendliness added a positive note to the visit.

The stay was decent for a short visit. I appreciated the good bathroom and the overall cleanliness of the hotel, which made it comfortable. The atmosphere during breakfast was cozy, although I was disappointed that there were no menus on the tables. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions which was a plus for my trip.

The Executive Double Room was spacious with comfy chairs and a nice desk setup. The bed was really comfortable, and I loved the bathroom with a shower/bath combo that made rinsing off easy. There were slide-out wardrobes, and even an iron and ironing board in the room! Plus, I appreciated the windows that open for fresh air. Only downside was that it got a bit noisy in the mornings. Otherwise, it felt pretty great overall.

We had a relaxing stay in a really clean room with a comfy bed that made it easy to catch some good sleep. The cozy lounge was perfect for unwinding, and we enjoyed watching movies in the TV room too. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little refresh, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊

Nice family stay, but noisy nights
We spent a night in a spacious family room and loved the decor. Parking was a pain, though, only a few spots available. And the banging music from a party below kept us up till late. Bfast was yummy, especially the full English, but they really need to manage noise better.
